Lindsay Lohan Avoids Jail Time – For Now?

Her latest court hearing was this morning in LA, and it looks like Lindsay Lohan has lucked-out again.

However, Judge Stephanie Sautner scheduled several future court dates to work out the star's string of legal issues. The judge scheduled the case to be brought back into court on March 1st, and again on March 18th if it goes to trial.

Court reporters say Lohan looked tired with puffy eyes as she sat in the hearing next to her new attorney Mark Heller. She closed her eyes at one point and touched her face as if she was not feeling well.

Lohan has been charged with lying to police about driving a car that crashed into a dump truck in June of last year, along with reckless driving and obstructing officers from performing their duties. She was on probation at the time of the wreck.
