Lil Poopy’s Brockton Dad Cleared of Child Neglect Charges

Lil Poopy's father has been cleared of child neglect and abuse allegations.

A spokeswoman for the state Department of Children and Families said the  investigation into Luis Rivera has been closed.  The investigation was launched after state officials took notice of the 4th grade rapper's online videos...featuring the little boy spanking a scantily clad young woman.  The 10 year old calls himself the "cocaine cowboy", but his father says that the videos and the street slang are "all part of the rap industry".

The family's lawyer says all of the publicity from the case has skyrocketed the little boy's rap career.
