Lauv Knows All About ‘Modern Loneliness’ [WICKED OR WHACK?]

Lauv has been on the road now for over a year. Most artists will tell you it gets lonely touring all the time. Lauv has maybe channeled that feeling in his new song.

Lauv has been a busy guy. Aside from being on tour and selling out venues not only across the country but across the world, he recently was featured on a track with BTS, the South Korean boy group that has a social media following that is relentless.

That means a lot of lonely time on the road for Lauv.

Part of Lauv's success stems from connecting to his fans at an emotional level. I had the chance to see his show when he was in Boston a few months ago and I have to say, the crowd was feeling it and so in the moment that you just knew Lauv had a special way of reaching his audience.

He continues to stay consistent with what he writes about: the real-life feelings and emotions that many artists have been afraid to put out there. Mental illness is still a subject matter that doesn't seem to get the attention it deserves.
