Justin Bieber is Seeking Help

Justin Bieber is now replacing Lindsay Lohan for hitting the headlines for all the wrong reasons. 

Reckless driving, paparazzi spats, smoking suspicious cigarettes.  This week got even worse after an alleged altercation with his neighbor turned into a LAPD battery investigation.   Now come reports from Fox's 411's Pop Tarts column that Justin Bieber  will build a team of people to help his stay out of trouble and work with him to get the right help.  It's also reported that he is considering a move to a place with more security.
