Jerry Remy's restaurants have had a tough time lately, but now the Fall River location on Davol Street is going to be run locally.

The Herald News reports that Tony Cordeiro and Larry Couto signed paperwork on Wednesday to take complete control over the Jerry Remy's in Commonwealth Landing. Though the pair have been running things since January, making it official means they can make decisions right in house.

And those decisions seem to mean more family fun at the Fall River eatery and a more localized menu.

The pair have already had great success with Cartoon Character Night, where kids get dressed up and they show a movie on the big screen.

They also plan to expand the menu with clamboils, chicken and steak Mozambique and chourico plates.

As Cordeiro and Couto tell the newspaper, it will still be Jerry Remy’s, but it will be Fall River style.
