It's a question lots of Patriots fans ask lately. With star quarterback Tom Brady being closer to 40 than 30 it is likely at the forefront of his own mind each season. So as another year of football gears up, Tom answers the tough question.

With the abrupt trade of Logan Mankins last week the idea that anyone can go at any time sprung into many a Pats fans' mind. And the guys at WEEI in Boston brought it to Brady's attention too.

When asked how much longer his illustrious career could continue, Brady had this to say

“There’s nowhere I’d rather play, I know that. I love playing for this team and I love representing this team.  Hopefully I can do that for as long as I can.  When I suck, I’ll retire.  I don’t plan on sucking for a long time.  Hopefully that leads me to be in here, and there’s no place I’d rather be. I love this game and I love working hard at it.

I think that might be the best answer to that question, cause really what else matters. If you love the game, keep playing the game! Who cares how old you are, especially if you're still playing well.

So as long as Kraft and Belichick don't think he "sucks" we'll keep seeing #12 on the field for some time!
