Hogwarts is Coming to Cape Cod

ATTENTION Harry Potter Fans! Next month for one Saturday, Mashpee Commons will turn into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Town Of MashpeeThe Cape Cod Children's Museum and Commons are teaming up to celebrate 20 years of Harry Potter's magic. The event is from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, July 8th and participants are highly encouraged to attend dressed as their favorite Harry Potter character.  Attendees will travel about the Commons with the goal of completing a Marauder's Map of restaurants and shops.

The event will occur on the Village Green across from the public library. Participants will be sorted into their respective Hogwarts houses, be chosen by their wands, attend a class in potions, and collect coins at Gringott's Bank.

Tickets are $15 for wizards (participants) including full participation in all events, $10 for muggles (adults and children under 2).
