If you've ever been bored to death on an airplane, maybe you should try getting this guy as your flight attendant.

If you ignore the dull pre-flight instructions like everyone else, you might want to fly Southwest more often. They still make the typical "exits located over here" and "fasten seat belts like this" speech, but they add a twist.

As you can see in the video, the male flight attendant starts with "In the event you haven't been in an automobile since 1960, flight attendants still have to show you how to fasten a seat belt," as he puts a smile on everyone's face.

When it comes to smoking, he says that there are two places where you can light up a cigarette. You can go out on the right wing or the left wing, and he congratulates you if you can manage getting it lit.

If Southwest plans on hiring more employees with a sense of humor, I'd support them, especially for those long cross-country flights. For the whole hilarious speech, check out the video below:
