Fall River Police Make Drug Arrest

Police arrested a Fall River man this week on drug distribution charges.

Detectives seized 153 packets of heroin, 16 tablets of methadone and $7,459 in cash after executing a search warrant Wednesday at 258 Warren St., according to court documents.

Robert J. Delisle, 53, of 258 Warren St., was arrested and charged with possession to distribute a Class A drug, subsequent offense, and possession to distribute a Class B drug, subsequent offense. He posted $750 cash bail after being arraigned Thursday in Fall River District Court. He is scheduled to return to court July 8 for a pretrial hearing.
