Everyone's suspicions were confirmed when this evil plow guy in Lowell made a video of himself intentionally plowing in cars and driveways...and LAUGHING about it. Mark Hussey, who's nickname is "Dogg", told Fox 25 yesterday that pushing the snowbanks back was "his enjoyment for the night" and that he has to do it. "I probably don't have to enjoy it that much, but hey it's the little things in life."
