The next time you go to court to clear up a warrant for your arrest. You should probably make sure you don't have heroin in your pockets.  Dominick Alves of New Bedford learned that lesson the hard way. He ended up arrested and $254 poorer for the experience, police said.

You see after making his case to the judge he was quickly sent to the slammer .Then court officer found 10 grams of heroin, valued at about $1,000, on the floor where he was seated in the processing.

.Alves was arrested and police seized the $254 he had in his possession as drug proceeds.

This genius was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute. You know what they say . You cant fix stupid .
