Does Wareham Need A New Walmart? [POLL]

The Walmart in Wareham has been there for a while, but it looks like it's being replaced. Should they just put it somewhere else?

According to WBSM, the plans for a 150,000 sq foot Walmart supercenter are nearly complete. They will be replacing the existing Walmart with this one, but do they need too? Will it benefit the area with more jobs, or just more headache?

To top it off, this new Walmart will be built very close to the eastern box turtle's habitat. Do you want it there, or maybe put it somewhere else?
