I committed a cardinal sin at Crossfit Dartmouth yesterday. I completely spaced and forgot to put away my weights after my workout. Let's just say that's frowned upon in Crossfit. One of my Crossfit Dartmouth Coaches, Scott Henriques, decided to make this post on my wall last night.  The video above is Christine "helping" me get a head start on the 159 burpees that have my name on them.  Thanks to Scott for caring about my fitness and keeping order in the gym.
