Boston Public High Schools Will Hand Out Free Condoms

The Boston School Committee approved a policy to make condoms available in the city's high schools.   Until now, only a limited number of Boston high schools that have health centers could hand out condoms.   Now, students will be able to receive them at any of the 36 high schools.   But they will also receive counseling about safe sex practices before they are given condoms.
