Bonus Top Shelf Bar and Grill Seize The Deal

Another bonus Seize The Deal this week. This time, we are teaming up with one of our favorite New Bedford restaurants, Top Shelf Bar and Grill in the North End.

Top Shelf Bar and Grill is one of the North End's best.  The restaurant has some ties to the legendary Antonio's on Coggeshall Street, New Bedford.  As you might expect, the Top Shelf menu has a Portuguese lean, but it is balanced off with a variety of American choices, as well.  You'll find steak tips, burgers and seafood, along with refreshingly crisp salad choices.

We had one of the Top Shelf managers, Sandy on the morning show today.  She told us that they have just rolled out a new stuffed salmon dish that has become very popular.  Top Shelf still has their original Almond Crusted Salmon, but they have now added in the stuffed salmon twist.  It is stuffed with a homemade crabmeat stuffed, then baked and served over a crabcake, and topped off with lobster sauce and sauteed spinach.  It has quickly become a Top Shelf favorite.

Sandy also told us that Top Shelf is in the process of taste testing so that they can launch a Sunday brunch next month.
