Awaiting Word About Patriots 2015 Rolling Rally

We are awaiting word from Boston City Hall about a Patriots rolling rally.  Mayor Walsh says "Cue The Duckboats" and that we will have one, but the questions remains when.  Flights headed out of Phoenix and headed to Logan are being cancelled at this hour because of the snow storm that is hitting New England right now.

We continue to hear reports that the rolling rally could be as soon as tomorrow at 10am.  This sign above was posted this morning along the parade route on Boylston Street.

Piling another foot of snow on top of what we already have seems like a logistical nightmare.  Where would people stand?
