It's a cute Cape Cod cottage, just a short walk away from gorgeous beachfront, but it is really worth the nearly $2 million asking price?

Clearly this is a house that is being sold mainly on location.

Don't get me wrong, the 1,352 square foot beach house at 47 Fisher Road is a very cute, classic cottage escape on the Cape. But I'm still not sold on the $1.9 million asking price.

Sure this house is Truro is just 150 feet from the water. It boasts stunning bay views from many of it's oversized windows. It even has a great deck for taking in summer sunsets.

But would you really pay $1.9 million for it?

There are plenty of things to love about this quaint cottage, but also lots of rooms that could use an upgrade.

The bathrooms are pretty tiny and look practically original to this 1968 house. One even has the washer and dryer crammed in it, so space is not really a thing when you step out of the shower.

The bedrooms all also seem like they could use a makeover - or at least a fresh coat of paint. However, there are three of them so lots of family can fit at your new beach house.

Everyone fits on the open concept second floor as well.

This space seems to have had the most remodeling and it is much more what one would picture a multimillion dollar home having.

There are lots of huge windows with those views of the bay, a spacious seating area for family and friends, plus the dining table and kitchen space are all in the open area so get togethers can to stay togethers.

It's definitely a lovely piece of property in an ideal spot on the Cape, but I still just wondering if the asking price is a bit much.

Agree or disagree, you can keep scrolling to see inside this Truro home and judge for yourself.
