Agency Gives Employees Free Beer For Filling Out Timesheets

Have you always wanted to be bonused in beer? Cause apparently one agency is doing just that.

Colle+McVoy found that their workers were not great at filling out timesheets, so they came up with what might be the greatest way ever to get them to do it...offer them free beer.

Yup, workers at this agency in Minneapolis get a free pint of beer for filling out their timesheets consistently.

It's actually a pretty high-tech system that uses RFID and custom-written software to verify whether employees have done their timesheets and rewards them with a free pint.

The workers simply do the paperwork, then swipe a key card and pour out a pint of the beer of their choice each week.

There's also a company in Brazil rewarding workers with beer for timesheets as well. Only their system unlocks a beer fridge, not a tap system like Colle+McVoy's.

Either way it's free beer at the end of the week and I think more employees would enjoy this sort of thing. I know I would!
