Some people go to great lengths to feel safe, check out what this salon in Boston is doing to keep themselves Ebola-free.

If you've turned on any news station in the past month you'll know the big story is the Ebola virus. Even though there have only been three cases of Ebola in the United States, it is seen as a giant threat to the general public. And I understand it's a little scary but some people are taking precaution a little too far...

Take the Aveda El Coco International Salon in Boston for example, customers coming to the salon near Faneuil Hall last Friday were greeted with this note:

Now I don't know about you but I think this is getting a little out of hand. I don't see a person who's at risk of having Ebola going out getting their hair done. The owner did come out and say the sign was not necessary but was posted for precautionary reasons. Hey, whatever makes you feel safe, right?
