The Dartmouth Rotary Club came together on a bright Saturday morning to join forces with its annual Dartmouth Green Up Day.

Members gathered at the old Sears Automotive Center parking lot wearing their new Rotarian At Work safety vests, then grabbed gloves and trash bags from the Dartmouth Department of Public Works.

The mission: tidy up the Faunce Corner Road area, surrounding the old Sears location. With a shared spirit of camaraderie and dedication, the Rotary Club members were geared up and eager to make a difference.

Volunteers were meticulous, picking up trash and ensuring that every piece of litter was properly tossed.

Upon completion of the cleanup efforts, club members gathered the collected trash and transported it to one of the DPW's designated drop-off sites.

Through their actions, they had demonstrated that by working together, even small gestures can make a significant difference in creating a cleaner, greener and more vibrant Dartmouth.

In the spirit of Rotary's motto, "Service Above Self," the members of the Dartmouth Rotary Club had once again shown their unwavering commitment to serving others and making a positive impact in the community.
