An Acushnet man is under arrest in Wareham after police received reports of car break-ins.

Yet another reason not to drive if you are drinking on New Year's Eve.  Southcoast Towing is offering free rides and towing to intoxicated drivers.   It's part of the "Safe Rides Home" program that was started in 2002.
