At long last, Thomas the Tank Engine is returning to Carver’s Edaville Family Theme Park this summer.

The owner of the Edaville theme park in Carver told selectmen that the Thomas Land portion will not reopen and that the 'concept really hasn't worked.'

Since August 15, the new 'Thomas the Tank Engine' theme park has been open for family fun! The park cost $25 million to make, has over eleven rides all themed with different characters and a 20 minute train ride on a life size Thomas. Park operators claim that the park is the biggest 'Thomas the Tank Engine Land' in the world...

Another children’s favorite will be making its home in Southeastern Massachusetts.
