Running

I guess it takes all types, a woman in New Mexico who is out for her morning run has been stopping at one man's house and deficating in his yard.

One great thing about the summer and spring is the ability to break away from the monotony of running on a treadmill or biking on a stationary.

Now that the weather is finally warming up, many runners are starting to take to the streets instead of the gym. So when you see someone in these running shoes that are shaped like human feet, do you double take like we do?

I have been a Nike girl my ENTIRE life. Well, I did have that pair of Punky Brewster sneakers in 2nd grade, but aside from that, it's been Nike all the way. For working out or fashion, I have been loyal to the brand.

It's been 21 months, so what's my excuse. I have always had to work hard at staying in shape, or losing weight. I know they say there's no "fat gene" but I am going to call Science's bluff.
