The Ocean State has a lot of sand and this fall some of it will be transformed into works of art at the Atlantis RIsing International Sand Sculpture Competition
Governor Gina Raimondo has declared Sunday, July 30th "Governor's Bay Day" in the Ocean State.
That means parking at all of Rhode Island's state beaches will be free all day long. Bring your fishing pole too, because you won't need a license to fish in any of Rhode Island's salt waters either...
