Recently, I was contacted by our friend overseas, Tom Campbell, who does the morning show at Signal 107 in the U.K. who wanted to know why we celebrate Labor Day as a national holiday.
As a kid, this was my least favorite holiday of the year. It meant the end of summer vacation and the beginning of a school year that would seem like an eternity.
