I am an early morning person. I even wake up early on the weekends. I'm up at 6 or 6:30 on a Saturday morning. A lot of times I find myself wanting to mow my lawn. Now, I'd NEVER mow my lawn at 7 o'clock on a Saturday morning, but it did get me wondering what time IS it acceptable to mow your lawn on a weekend morning...

There is town in Rhode Island that now is fining homeowners for tall grass on thier property. The fine is actually on the form of a lien on the property, and can be issued if the grass grows beyond a foot.
