Fort Taber Fort Rodman Military Museum

The organization that runs New Bedford’s military museum is seeking to clarify some of the misconceptions that have been floating around regarding its finances.

The New Bedford City Council is up in arms about a proposed contract between the City of New Bedford and the operators of the Fort Taber/Fort Rodman Military Museum.

New Bedford has a large assortment of military hardware scattered throughout the city to honor various veterans organizations. See them all listed here.

The New Bedford Military Museum will host a program entitled 'The Use of Animals in World War 1' presented by Joe Yukna of the Cape Cod Military Museum.
