Massachusetts residents who get their electricity from Eversource can expect some good news this summer: their utility bills could go down by $40-$58 per month.
Power outages in New Bedford early Monday morning saw thousands of residents in the city's South End and other areas lose electricity for reasons that Eversource attributed to equipment issues.
