Clark's Point

New Bedford police have arrested a city man and convicted kidnapper on drug and gun charges after allegedly finding a 'ghost gun' and fentanyl in his Clarks Point apartment.

Two local boat captains spotted a young whale seemingly frolicking in the water off of Clark's Point near New Bedford on Wednesday.
