This week in football brought the most exciting game I could imagine to Monday Night Football. For the first time in ten years, MNF came to Buffalo... Not the easiest game to stay up until 11:30 P.M. for, but usually with division rival teams, throw the records out the window seeing the teams know each other so well and play so often...

Week 7 for the Patriots brought them to Soldier Field in the windy city of Chicago, IL to face an opponent (excluding primetime games) they only face once every four years, and seeing they last played in Foxborough, it's been eight years since the Pats have come to town...

The Patriots offense kicked it into high gear and for the most part, cruise controlled past the Colts for a 38-24 victory.

Last Sunday, of course, marked the return of Tom Brady to the New England Patriots. After picking apart the Cleveland Browns' defense en route to a 33-13 victory, the 39-year-old has been rewarded by the same league that tried so hard to sully his name over the past two years.

As the New England Patriots prepare to battle the Denver Broncos in the AFC Championship Game, Sunday at 3:05 pm, here are some thoughts about the match up:

Now that September is over, the NFL has handed out Player of the Month honors to players from both conferences and, according to WEEI, two New England Patriots ended up taking home some hardware.

The New England Patriots marched into Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis last night and took complete control of the AFC after thumping the Indianapolis Colts, 42-20.

Does Tom Brady deserve a high five?  I don't think so. Granted, he is one of the best QB's to ever play the game.

I can't see how this is a mistake! There is a store in New York City selling THIS shirt a day before the game is even played. Are they doing that on purpose? ESPN’s Darren Rovell tweeted out a picture of a shirt that could hopefully  be considered a look into the future...
