Another one bites the dust on "The View" after co-host Rosie Perez announced that she was leaving the daytime talk show.

Perez plans on leaving the show once the current season is finished, after just joining the panel last September.

Executive Producer, Bill Wolff, released an email informing staff about Perez's departure.

"Our friend Rosie Perez has decided to leave the show at the conclusion of this season to pursue full time her love for acting." his email said. “Stepping into the role of talk show host at the same time she has been starring on Broadway has been incredibly impressive. And beyond being an enormously talented performer, Rosie is a dedicated advocate who has brought passion and insight to the panel every day. Rosie will always be a part of The View family, and we will welcome her back as a guest anytime to catch up."

Rumors swirled back in January of Perez's departure, after she took a hiatus to prepare for a Broadway play.

Perez isn't the first co-host to leave the ever-revolving panel, Rosie O'Donnell made her exit back in February.

"The View's" future remains unclear, but Variety reports that the show could maintain a rotating panel of co-hosts to appear alongside Whoopi Goldberg and Raven Symone, like model Molly Sims and stylist Stacy London.

Nicole Wallace, who joined the panel with Perez and O'Donnell, hasn't commented as to whether she is remaining on the panel.
