You're the type of person who gets up an hour earlier after a night of snowfall so you have time to completely clear your car off and get to work on time. You get on 140 and are stuck behind the guy who can BARELY see out of his windshield and has a six inches of snow piled high on his roof. This is so dangerous because now that snow is going to blow off his car and hit yours, possibly cracking the windshield if it's mixed with ice.

Massachusetts State Police are tired of seeing this and may have found a loophole to fine motorists who fail to properly remove all snow and ice from their cars. Someone could be facing a $250 fine for "Not securing a load on a vehicle." They've already begun handing out tickets to people.

Be sure to let your family and friends know to avoid this hefty fine.
