According to the Hollywood Reporter, Christina Ricci, puts her crazy eyes to use, as she portrays the infamous Fall River resident who was acquitted of the charges for the gruesome murders of her father and stepmother in 1892. The Lifetime version of this story, Lizzie Borden Took an Ax, takes a more lively approach to such a horrific event.

The movie airs this Saturday at 8 pm on Lifetime.
