Are You Required To Show Your Walmart Receipt In Massachusetts?
According to Business Insider, by law shoppers are not legally required to present their receipt but refusing to show it could give the store probable cause to detain you. However, detainment can pose other issues because one Colorado customer sued Walmart for repeatedly refusing to show receipts for the purchases he made that lead to workers to detain him. (Walmart was recently found not liable for false imprisonment of the customer by the way.)

According to CBSNews, Pepsi has decided to edge out Coca-Cola in the Subway soda wars as the sandwich chain will no longer serve Coca-Cola products, but instead, Pepsi, according to the company. This is a reversal from their previous commitment to Coke. Subway just recently signed a 10-year contract with PepsiCo which will begin in 2025 and will serve that brand's beverages such as Mountain Dew, Gatorade and Aquafina.
