There are so many movies we look forward to seeing in these upcoming years. Disney is one of the leading names in film production and they have a lot in store for us these upcoming years.

Going in order by release date, here are some of the most anticipated Disney films.

  • 'Finding Dory' to be released June 17th 2015

One year after finding Nemo, it is time to reunite Dory with her family off the coast of California

  • 'The Good Dinosaur' to be released November 25th 2015

An epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo makes an unlikely human friend.

  • 'Zootopia' to be released March 6th 2016

In the animal city of Zootopia, a fast-talking fox who's trying to make it big goes on the run when he's framed for a crime he didn't commit.

  • 'The Jungle Book' to be released April 15th 2016

A live action film of the classic animated movie. The movie will star many famous voices such as Scarlett Johansson, Bill Murray, and Christopher Walken. The young new actor Neel Sethi  will play the role of Mowgli.

  • 'Alice, Through the Looking Glass' to be released May 27th 2016

A sequel to Tim Burtons, 'Alice in Wonderland'. Alice returns to Underland and discovers that things are going very wrong, the Mad Hatter is "growing darker" and in order to prevent the loss of her friend, she turns to Time himself.

  • 'Moana' to be released November 23rd 2016

Set 2000 years ago, follow the journey of a spirited teenager named Moana as she sails the Pacific Ocean to complete her "ancestor's quest".

  • 'Beauty and the Beast' to be released March 17th 2017

The live action movie starring Emma Watson will take influences from both the animated movie and the Broadway musical.

  • 'Toy Story 4' to be released June 16th 2017

We all love the classic 'Toy Story' and a love story will be forming in the fourth movie between Woody and Bo Peep

  • 'Gigantic' to be released March 9th 2018

Set in Spain during the Age of Exploration, the film follow Jack as he discovers a world of giants hidden within clouds. Jack befriends the female giant Inma, who's "11 years old, 60 feet tall, fiery, feisty and a lot to control" and treats him like a living doll. Music written by the composers of Frozen and directed by the same director as 'Tangled'.

  • 'The Incredibles 2'

It ha been confirmed that Pixar is in pre-production of a sequel to the 2004 hit, The Incredibles and that the movie will be centered around the family and how superpowers play into that.

  • 'Cars 3'

Cruising down Route 99, this movie is said to be taking place in sunny California.
