TD Garden owners have some interesting ideas for new Boston landmarks, including a 200 foot Ferris wheel and a manmade beach.

According to ABC6, the owners of TD Garden want to update Boston's forgotten brick-covered City Hall Plaza with some pretty interesting tourist attractions.

Their plan includes a Ferris wheel of up to 200 feet, a restaurant and bar, an ice skating path for the winter months and a manmade beach area for the summer months.

They'll be working with the Boston Garden Development Corporation according to Mayor Marty Walsh, but the plans aren't definitely a go just yet.

The public will have a chance to weigh in on the City Hall Plaza plans and the city itself will get the final say on the proposed project.
