Telling A Friend She Needs Botox

My cousins boss told her she should consider "getting some botox"... she was slightly offended.

As we head into our 40's nd 50's, yes, the light wrinkles start appearing and some women AND men opt for Botox to smooth things out.  Others are not comfortable injecting chemicals into their skin and would rather just age as gracefully as possible.  After all, age really is, a gift.
