Working With Women Can Be Intense

Listening to Fun 107, you would think that it is a predominantly male workforce here at the station. Heather James and I are pretty much the only female voices you here during the week. But if you were to walk into the office, it is roaring with Estrogen in all other departments.

I am a huge fan of women advancing in the workplace. I want to see my sisters shatter those glass ceilings and break up the those good ole' boys clubs.  I just think its funny that the little explosions always happen on the administrative and sales side of the building, where all of the girls are.  But I guess all of that fiery passion is good sometimes. It represents the conviction we ladies have.

The guys just muddle along and don't even pay attention.  Come to think of it, this place would be boring if it were all men.
