As an active opponent to bullying, I was inspired to see this video of a tv news anchor addressing a mean spirited email she received from a viewer. She really takes him to task and eloquently verbalizes everything that is so wrong about bullying. Take 4 minutes out of your day and watch this. Then, consider watching it with your kids. I agree with every word this woman says, and I applaud her brave choice of sharing her painful experience with the world.

Bullying is not just something kids do at schools. There are many adult bullies, and their bad behavior serves as a negative model for children.
