Who Should Pay The Bill On A Date?

Should the man foot the entire bill on a date?   According to a majority of men who participated in a survey regarding this topic: No.

In a study of more than 17,000 people, almost 64 percent of men said they believe women should fork over some cash on a date.   And nearly 44 percent said they would cut ties with a woman if she never paid part of the bill.

Then again, the majority of males -- 76 percent -- said they feel guilty hwen a woman ponies up the money.

57 percent of women said they offer to help pay on a date, though 39 percent of those women say they secretly wish that the man would decline the offer.  Nearly 44 percent of women said they were bothered when men asked them to help cover the costs of a date.
