Who is the Mother on ‘How I Met Your Mother’?

After eight seasons of wondering who the mother, the wife of Ted Mosby, was, the show finally gave us the big reveal in the finale of season eight. 

So who is this mysterious mother? It is 27 year-old actress Cristin Milioti, who has appeared on big shows like '30 Rock' and been in a few Indy films here and there.

If you are fans of the show like us, you starting to grow a little bit impatient. It was assumed that since the majority of the stars were pursuing other bigger project, season eight would be the final one. CBS threw us a total curve ball when they renewed it for a ninth season, but threw us an easy one right down the middle by revealing who the mother was.

So now that we know who the mother is, the next season will no doubt be all about the future of the relationship she is going to have with Ted. We are pumped!
