Which City is Progressing Faster, New Bedford or Fall River?

Over the past few months, there has been talk in our neighborhood about the progression or decline of New Bedford and Fall River.

Over the past few years, there have been improvements made in both cities from buildings to streets to the addition of new schools. But has it been enough to make a difference?

New Bedford has been waiting for the commuter rail for quite sometime but as of today, absolutely no sign of any progress is being made. Route 18 looks great, and the addition of the new hotel has been a terrific addition to our city

I don't get to travel through Fall River as much, but from the outside, it seems like development in that city is much slower, and nothing new is on the horizon.

Is there anything you would like to see happen in either city? What does New Bedford and Fall River need?
