Rumor has it that Twitter is toying with the idea of extending their 140-character limit to a 10,000 character limit. People are concerned that the extreme character hike will destroy the efficiency and concise nature of Twitter - which is what most people like about it. Twitter has not yet confirmed or commented on the potential change.

All this week, Google is unveiling its new smart house systems and the new digital languages that will make them work. The first of the products to be released are smart locks and wifi chips. Rumors are swirling that smart ovens and other home appliances will be released later in the week.

For all your fitness resolution-ers out there, FitBit has released its newest model, the FitBit Blaze, which many say is comparable to the Apple Watch. The Blaze features a calling and messaging service, interchangeable bands and upgraded fitness and health software to help keep you on track.
