Clams are big business around the Southcoast. I almost don't want to eat clams anymore after seeing this! Today is random video Wednesday! And nothing is more weird looking than a clam eating salt!

Clam Facts:

- A clam that is 2 to 3 inches is more and likely three to five years old.

-For a clam to reach market size it takes 25 to 28 months.

-A normal clam can live till its about 33 to 36 years old.

-Clams feed year-round.

-Clams have no eyes, ears, or noses, so they cannot see, hear, or smell

-A giant clam can grow up to four feet.
