The Dartmouth Chinese restaurant has now resolved its litany of health code violations that destroyed the restaurant last month.

Wasabi in Dartmouth is now up for sale for $1.4 million for the commercial property.

As we first reported last month, the restaurant was closed down due to a long list disturbing health code violations such as a dirty refrigerator, moldy roof tiles, and uncovered food in the walk-in cooler were among the violations.

In June, the restaurant closed and posted a notice on their door stating "under construction until further notice."  The restaurant has received clearance to re-open after passing a Board of Health inspection earlier this month.
