Two New Bedford men were arrested for attempting to deliver a large amount of heroin to Wareham.

Wareham police say 33-year-old Hector Montilla-Segura and 27-year-old Gilberto Baret-Ramirez were arrested on March 2 after being found with over 100 grams of heroin meant for the streets of Wareham

The men were picked up at the 5 Guys Restaurant on Route 28 and were found to have 110 grams of heroin in their vehicle.

Both Montilla-Segura and Baret-Ramirez were charged with Trafficking Heroin Over 100 Grams and are awaiting trial after being arraigned in Wareham District Court.
