Wareham Man Arrested After Yelling At Snow Removal Workers

Is all this Snow making us a little crazy .

A 39-year-old wareham man was arrested today when he threatened an officer while holding a shovel after earlier yelling at town snow removal workers.  Judson Philip Rice was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace and arraigned in Wareham District Court. Police said they were called to 192 Swifts Beach Road about 8:30 a.m. regarding a report that Rice was threatening and yelling at municipal maintenance employees as they cleared the snow from the roadway and sidewalks. When police arrived, Rice continued "his belligerent and confrontation attitude" and threatened and an officer with bodily harm, while holding a shovel, they said.
