After reports surfaced earlier in the day that he would be in attendance for this Wednesday's appeal hearing of his Deflategate suspension, it seems that New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady has had second thoughts.

Bleacher Report announced the change of heart saying that since Wednesday's appeal hearing is mostly going to be used as another attempt to have the two sides reach a settlement in the case, and Brady sees no settlement coming to fruition he decided against his original decision.

Brady's initial decision to attended the hearing was first reported by USA Today's Tom Pelissero.

Brady's most recent choice to skip the hearing seems to mean he will most definitely put him in line to see a solid chunk of action when the Patriots battle it out with the New Orleans Saints, Saturday at 7:30 pm.

There is still no word as to whether NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will make an appearance at the hearing.
