United Way’s Stuff the Truck Event has Record Turnout

Fun 107 teamed up with United Way of Greater New Bedford to Stuff the Truck and it was a great turnout!

On September 10th from 9am-3pm at Stop and Shop in Fairhaven, we "stuffed the truck" with non-perishable food items and the outcome was tremendous. Over 700 pounds of food was collected.

So many people on the Southcoast  came out to donate non-perishables like peanut butter, rice, macaroni and cheese, canned meats, pasta, etc.  There were lots of donations specifically for babies and toddlers, like diapers, formula and jar foods.
