Unbelievable Footage Of Oklahoma Tornado Forming [VIDEO]

This footage of the Oklahoma tornado actually forming was teken in the next town over from Moore using a cell phone camera from a parking lot. It's amazing that this persons instinct to get out of the way of it didn't really kick in, and instead he chose to hang around to record it. You can hear the emergency sirens clearly.
